Fees & Payment Terms
At Regency Medical, we offer transparent, fixed pricing for our immigration medico-legal reports, with options for both routine and urgent services.
Standard (Routine) Service
£1,200 per report
- Appointments booked 2 weeks or more in advance
- Report delivered within 7 working days after assessment
- Invoice due 14 days before the scheduled assessment date
Urgent Service
£1,800 per report
- Appointments booked within 2 weeks
- Report delivered within 7 working days after assessment
- Full payment due on the day of booking
Additional Work
£300 per hour
- For extra work outside the agreed scope
- Includes extended solicitor queries, re-assessment, late amendments, or detailed rebuttals
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of the appointment and receipt of instructions
- Payment must be made via bank transfer
- In the event of a cancellation, £300/hour will be deducted from the refund for any preparatory work already completed
